Um eine genaue Ertragsmessung zu liefern, verknüpft der Casma Kartoffel-Ertragsmonitor das Kartoffelgewicht mit einem spezifischen Bereich.



KARTOFFELGEWICHT


Casma verwendet Wägezellen und einen Bandgeschwindigkeitssensor, um das Gewicht der geladenen Kartoffeln zu bestimmen. Für erhöhte Messgenauigkeit werden zusätzliche Sensoren verwendet, um Temperatur, Neigung und Bewegung zu kompensieren.



STANDORTBASIERT


Zur Flächenberechnung werden Reihenabstand und Anzahl der Reihen zur Breitenbestimmung verwendet, während GPS-Daten zur Berechnung der zurückgelegten Strecke des Kartoffelroders dienen. GPS wird auch verwendet, um zu verknüpfen, woher auf dem Feld der Ertrag stammt.



DATENANSICHT IN DER KABINE


Casmas Benutzeroberfläche ist in der Kabine des Kartoffelroders auf jedem ISOBUS-kompatiblen Display verfügbar. Dies ermöglicht dem Bediener, Feldleistung und Kabineneinstellungen zu betrachten. Die Benutzeroberfläche ermöglicht es dem Bediener auch, LKW-Ladedaten zu erfassen, indem er einfach eine LKW-ID eingibt und das Ladegewicht zurücksetzt, bevor ein neuer LKW beginnt.
