Customer Service Repair Technicians
Though we test each product before it leaves our facility, problems do occur, and our Customer Service Repair Technicians are there to help. Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, and servicing all products manufactured by Juniper Systems, Customer Service Repair Technicians schedule and plan on-site visits with customers, conduct pre- and in-season maintenance on HarvestMaster products, install equipment, train users, solve customer service inquiries via telephone and email, and help to create service programs for HarvestMaster products.
Customer Service Phone Support
Customer’s problems can often be solved without sending in a computer by calling and speaking with our Customer Service Phone Support group. This group works to resolve all customer support issues as quickly as possible. When customers call in with questions about their products, this friendly group walks them through problems until a solution is found. After-hours support is also available for customers in time zones all over the world.
