Precision HM8000 Electronics

The new HM800 electronics connect the HarvestMaster weight and moisture sensors through a CAN communications network. At the heart of this network are the HM800 Analog and Actuator modules. These modules are located inside the GrainGages in close proximity to the sensors that make weight and moisture measurements. This design increases data accuracy for these critical measurements and eliminates large bulky cables.

The following components are mounted inside the combine cab:

  • HM800 System Console: LED feedback on the status of the modules is shown. Override switches provide manual control of the modules if desired.
  • Allegro Field PC or PC Laptop device running FRS V2.1 Harvest or FRS Laptop respectively.
  • Optional field printer
