It is currently planned to discontinue repair services for the Allegro CE/DOS (and DOS only) Field PC at our Utah repair center as of January 1, 2014. If your DOS Allegro is in need of servicing, it is recommended to contact your local certified repair center before that date.

The optional monochrome display (LCD) feature of the Allegro MX Field PC is being discontinued for when purchasing new product. Repair and upgrade services for the monochrome display (LCD) will continue to be available for all Allegro models at our certified repair centers. The standard color display (LCD) will continue to be available for purchase as well as repair/upgrade for the Allegro MX, and repair/upgrade for Allegro CX units.
A Connector Module Replacement Kit is available to purchase for installation onto the Mesa Rugged Notepad. A broken or otherwise damaged port on the Mesa can be replaced in the field using this kit. This kit is available for any Mesa Rugged Notepad that has been purchased or serviced at a certified repair center since May 2012. To purchase, contact support@junipersys.com.
